Project manager

We are looking for a manager who will take charge of the complete realization of a residential condo project.

Responsibilities

– Plan the projects including their logistics and control the costs of their realization

– Manage and coordinate the staff assigned to projects including subcontractors

– Initiate and maintain the required communications with the partners of each project, sales office, suppliers, subcontractor

– Ensure the achievement of financial objectives and deadlines set by management

– Negotiate and grant contracts and notices of modification to subcontractors

– Lead on site meetings and produce reports

– Initiate, coordinate and approve change requests and site instructions

– Coordinate the correction and, the control of deficiencies and follow up on them

– Coordinate the delivery of the premises to the owner

Required skills

– Technician diploma or engineer (or equivalent experience) in civil engineering or architecture

– Very good skills in management, communication and supervision of multidisciplinary and multi-skilled teams

– Strong negotiation skills and problem solving

– Sense of planning, organization and priorities

– Autonomy, leadership and proactivity

– Ability for personnel management

– oriented towards customer satisfaction

– Respect for employees, suppliers or other stakeholders

– Ability to work under pressure, speed

– Excellent command of MS Office software (Word, Excel and MS Project, Outlook)

– Strong verbal communication and report writing skills

– Good French, written and spoken
