Les Condos de la Gare - Phase II

Located near the Jean-Talon Train Station and Market, this project made it possible to transform two old manufacturing buildings into 200 condo units in its first two phases. In its third phase, a residence of 62 units for the elderly was built and sold to the Hellenic Community.
