U31 is a 320-unit project of outstanding condos, divided into three phases, and implemented in U-shaped 6-8 storey buildings that encircle the Centre Raymond-Préfontaine, a heritage building erected in 1886.
The project is based on an ecofriendly and energy-efficient framework, complementing family life in an urban environment that fosters community living.
Established in the Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie borough, U31 enhances the unique features of Centre Raymond-Préfontaine, which will become the project’s focal point.
A large 2250 sq. ft. fitness room immersed in light is available to residents. In addition to a wide variety of physical training equipment, the gym will also include a sauna, a whirlpool and cold showers. The project will also feature two roof terraces, including one with a pool, providing panoramic views of the city.
The project is located near bus lines, one of which leads directly to the Mont-Royal metro station. It is also in walking distance of the Préfontaine metro station. Numerous services and shops are easily accessible, in particular the Shops Angus sector.
The development will lead to the creation of a semi-private outdoor space overlooking Marcel-Pépin Street.
