The developer
Rachel Julien, founded in 1984 at a time when condo projects were rare, has transformed Montreal's urban landscape and continues to do so today. Our team strives to bring together the best professionals in the field for each of our mandates. We work closely with these professionals to design quality real estate projects that always raise the bar of excellence. With a wealth of more than 4,000 condos and recipient of 20 awards of excellence, Rachel Julien is proud to contribute to the vitality of Montreal and to allow thousands of Montrealers to access a quality property. Rachel Julien is a team known for its expertise, ingenuity in solving complex technical problems and its sensitive intervention in a heritage context.
Our vision
At Rachel Julien, the vision that drives us and that rallies our efforts is concentrated in a simple idea: our constructions are primarily intended for the humans who inhabit them. It accompanies our lives on a daily basis. We consider it our duty as a real estate developer to design projects of high architectural quality that will survive the test of time.
Distinctions
Rachel Julien has been a recipient of several awards for excellence by professional associations. The success obtained in response to numerous calls for proposals from the City of Montreal is a testament to its ability to grasp urban issues. The developer also made several regulatory amendments in collaboration with multiple boroughs. The company has to its credit projects of conversions of church, convent, school and industrial buildings as well as projects certified LEED and Novoclimat as well as the realization of social housing projects.
